Um, my name is Agemaki Wako. I live on an island off the mainland of Japan. I'm still in high school, and my hobbies are singing and, uh, eating. ...I'm also a shrine maiden, but it's a long story and probably not the kind of shrine you're thinking about.

I do! It's kind of my dream to be a singer.

Maybe I should one day. I haven't sang in a while, and I don't mind singing in front of people.

Pop-ish, I guess? It's not something you could really dance to, though.

Probably. I wouldn't mind singing with other people or performing in a band, it's just I don't really know anyone who would be up for it.

No, but... It wasn't much of a possibility before. I think maybe I should once we escape from here.

Hmm, I guess you could say that point behind it is the ritual. I don't think anyone actually prays to it other than me, but it serves a purpose, and there's an important reason why it's there.
