Experiment 10 - Theta

[ The elevators do not take you up to your living area. Rather, they take you DOWN, to a small room with three white walls, and one that is a thick, translucent plastic. There appears to be a chute of some sort behind the plastic wall. ]

Now, in order to determine how well you know each other, we're going to see which teams are the most popular. The rules are simple:

* At the end of the test, each team will suffer an attack. Each attack will kill about half of everyone present.
* You may choose one team (other than your own) to defend from this attack. A team that is defended will not be harmed.
* If you wish to defend yourself instead of another team, you must choose a team to attack.
* You may not refuse to choose.

Well, he told me Ouran Host Club is a place where the most beautiful and charming male students entertain the school's female population. They are very wealthy and powerful.

Regardless, he is friendly and eager to please. I am not quite sure if he would be the most targeted.

S'not a matter of being targeted. It's a matter of being protected, and he's new.

But if other teams are thinking along the same lines of us, Delta might be okay.

You are quite right. Which other team has a large number of new teammates? Kappa, perhaps? The young man with pale hair told me they kept losing people.

[jackoclubs]

Kappa, Alpha, Epsilon.

. . . Aoko and I wanna pick randomly. We think all three of those teams could use the protection.

[madasahero]

[Nods]

I would vote for Kappa, since they are a new team, on top of everything else.

[jackoclubs]

[pinching the bridge of his nose and nodding]

. . . all right. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope we can protect 'em, then.

[HOLDING HIS BREATH and discreetly standing in front of Aoko. They might have just killed themselves.

[jackoclubs]

[SEEMS. . . to not be considering that at all, actually. or if he is, he's giving away no indicators that the thought even crossed his mind]

Shall we let the monster know about our decision?

[jackoclubs]

[snorts] Tell her exactly where she can stuff it when you do.

[Laughs]

[uuugh slumps a bit, hovering near Aoko as he does so]

[Yeah, I think we are all hovering near Aoko.]

[jackoclubs]

[now suggesting that we play a game '^']

[Paying attention at what heartbreaking idea you have come up with]

[not heartbreaking, just distracting! who wants to think about their inevitable doom, really]
