Well... it shouldn't be used on them. But people in the military have used it to make chimeras out of other people. It's terrible.

Most of them hide it, and work in secret military laboratories. They don't exactly advertise it, because most people wouldn't go along with it. And the people who end up turned into chimeras tend to hide what they are, too.
