Well, before here, Edward and I were sharing an apartment above a florist. It wasn't anything special, but it had enough room for us and the occasional guest I've let stay the night.

Ah... what was a usual day like?

[Nods.] I'd invite people over often. He got rather annoyed sometimes. [Strays~]

I'd usually get up first and make breakfast. Sometimes he'd be up pretty quick, others it'd be a chore to get him out. Though the latter was usually when we've been having a problem for a long time.

After that, we'd go meet with the other guys in libraries or a field or anywhere with space so we could work on more rocket designs. Sometimes we could actually work in a real lab, depending how good of an impression we made on some local scholars.

What kind of problems?

Problems with the design. A hard equation, fuel deficiency, things like that. We were developing a pretty new product, so we were starting pretty much from scratch.

[Depression is a terrible thing. Though, Alfons also probably had to drag him TO bed after he tried to solve it for forever in the first place.]

It was pretty simple. I knew a lot of the guys around and when things were going well, the whole group would go celebrating. Mostly day to day stuff. Shopping, cooking, checking out any new books from the library or bookstore.

On Sundays we'd go for a drive in the country and he'd tell me stories about home.
