Experiment 10 - Delta
[ The elevators do not take you up to your living area. Rather, they take you DOWN, to a small room with three white walls, and one that is a thick, translucent plastic. There appears to be a chute of some sort behind the plastic wall. ]
Now, in order to determine how well you know each other, we're going to see which teams are the most popular. The rules are simple:
* At the end of the test, each team will suffer an attack. Each attack will kill about half of everyone present.
* You may choose one team (other than your own) to defend from this attack. A team that is defended will not be harmed.
* If you wish to defend yourself instead of another team, you must choose a team to attack.
* You may not refuse to choose.

With half the team being completely new, we have no guarantee of defense from others. Even with the meeting yesterday, there was no plan for this kind of situation. Protecting ourselves is the obvious plan of action.

The last test we had, we bought the corpses of the clones who died two of our members could look into them and learn more about the clones. There weren't a lot who were happy about our decision.

Why . . . do the points matter for this? Don't tell me they're connected to the clones . . .

Yet more reason to go ahead with that decision, then. There's a possibility another team choosing defense may attack us, if they bear a grudge.

Since clones are going to get replaced at the end of this test, I'd go for the team who has the most points. At most, they'll be spending less than two hundred points, anyway. We can't afford to lose the points that we have now.

Good. Tests don't come everyday, so we need to take advantage of each one as much as we can. GLaDOS can change the prices of what we can purchase at her own will, so she may raise how much it costs to buy a replacement clone any time.
